1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is considered confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received and the booking confirmation has been issued.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR, unless otherwise stated.
Payment may be made through the payment methods available at the time of booking.
If a deposit is required, the remaining balance must be paid according to the conditions communicated at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity for a full refund, unless different cancellation conditions are stated at the time of booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity may be non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable
4. Weather and Safety
Horse riding and outdoor activities depend on weather and local conditions.
If weather conditions or other circumstances make an activity unsafe, we may postpone, modify or cancel the activity.
Where appropriate, we may offer an alternative date or a refund.
The final decision regarding the safety of an activity is made by our guide or activity manager.
5. Participant Requirements
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and staff.
Participants should inform us in advance of any relevant physical limitations, injuries, allergies or other circumstances that could affect their participation.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop an activity if participation is considered unsafe.
6. Children
Children may participate in certain activities depending on their age, experience and the specific activity.
Children must be accompanied or supervised by a responsible adult where required.
Please contact us before booking if you are travelling with children.
7. Meeting Point and Arrival
Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed meeting point at the scheduled time.
The meeting point may vary depending on the activity and will be communicated during the booking process.
Late arrival may reduce the duration of the activity and may not be refundable.
Hotel pickup and drop-off are not included unless specifically stated in the booking confirmation.
8. Equipment
Any equipment provided for the activity must be used correctly and according to the instructions of our staff.
Customers may be responsible for damage caused by intentional misuse or negligence.
9. Horse Riding
Horse riding involves inherent risks, including falls and possible injury.
Participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
The guide may modify the route, pace or activity when necessary for safety reasons.
10. Changes to a Booking
Changes to the date, time, number of participants or activity are subject to availability.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, government restrictions, strikes, accidents or other unforeseen circumstances.
12. Complaints
If you experience a problem during your activity, please inform our team immediately so that we can try to resolve the issue.
For complaints after the activity, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
